Prerequisites
Intro to Animal Sciences (11:067:142)
Format
Fridays: 9:25-10:20am (lecture) and 10:55am-1:55pm (lab). Note that several off-campus field-trips to livestock operations will be conducted during the semester, to allow students further practice in judging the various livestock species that will be covered during the semester.
Examinations
Students will be graded on their judging results for each species, two examinations, and participation and attendance.
