Animal Genetics (11:067:328)

Typically Offered: Every Fall and Spring semester.

Prerequisites and Other Registration Restrictions: Two semesters of General Biology (01:119:115-116) and Animal Science (11:067:142).

Description: Animal Genetics introduces students to our knowledge of genetics and to the experimental procedures used to generate this information. Students will learn the logic and reasoning skills that will be applied to solving genetics problems and designing practical animal breeding situations.
