Animal Evaluation and Selection (11:067:260)

EBE COURSE (3 credits)

Typically Offered: Each Fall semester.

Prerequisites: Animal Science (11:067:142)

Format: Fridays: 9:25-10:20am (lecture) and 10:55am-1:55pm (lab). Note that several off-campus field-trips to livestock operations will be conducted during the semester, to allow students further practice in judging the various livestock species that will be covered during the semester.

Examinations: Students will be graded on their judging results for each species, two examinations, and participation and attendance.
