I’m a 4th year animal science major, pre vet option, and I am applying to vet school, so wish me luck! As far as a horse background, apparently my aunt and grandmom had horses so I was always around them, BUT the first time that I can remember that I was on a horse was for the trail ride we went on last year…I ended up trotting...which was really scary but awesome at the same time! I am currently doing research with Dr. Carey Williams and the horses. I am also secretary for cats on campus (starting up soon), in leadership (community service committee), SAS, Alpha Zeta, and work at the Cook Campus Center.
